Mobile App Service
We provide our client Android app service and Cloud service for connecting with Telco APIs.
- Clients must pay a one-time fee for the app, which is non-refundable.
- We hold complete ownership of the mobile app. We can terminate, transfer, and suspend the app at any time without prior notice.
- Clients are completely liable for any illegal activity using our app or other services.
- We hold complete ownership of app commercial ads made by the client.
Cloud Service
- Users must pay a monthly One-Time Password (OTP) fee, package-wise.
- Users can request a refund only if they use less than 2% of the OTP count and within 2 days from purchase. The refund amount will be 70% of the full amount.
- If a user does not buy OTP for more than 2 months, our Android app service will be terminated for that user.
- We are not liable for technical issues from the Telecom operator's side.
- If there are technical issues from our side lasting more than 3 hours, we will refund 1 day's OTP fee.
- Our refund system is calculated day-wise. If a user's OTP usage exceeds the daily calculation, it will be deducted from the final amount and calculated by OTP usage.
- Refund requests must be made via email only at admin@bestsocialdiary.com.
